My car was downshifting when it shouldn't and after taking it to another mechanic who couldn't reproduce the problem I decided to see if it was a transmission issue. Keith at the West Jordan location was awesome and went well above my expectations. He found the problem, which ended up not being a transmission issue, but a bad alternator. Because my alternator was still under warranty, Keith called my regular mechanic with details on what was going on so they could fix the problem, causing him to lose the business of replacing my alternator. And as promised, he didn't charge me a dime for any of his time. How many mechanics do you know are that honest but are also willing to help you go the most economical route as well?I recommend Freeway Transmissions to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.
