I wanted to thank you for your prompt attention to my concerns with my 2000 Dodge Caravan. I picked it up last Monday evening and it appears to be working very well, a definite improvement from its prior condition. Mario was fabulous to work with. He was very attentive and kept me informed on the progress of things. I really appreciated his great customer service. I felt like he was able to address the concerns that I had from the beginning and I am hopeful that things are fixed! Thank you so much for your assistance in helping me when really I felt like things weren't going to get better and that we would be stuck with a van with a transmission problem, especially after spending money beyond what the blue book value of our van was worth. I am really glad that I brought my van to Freeway Transmissions. Everyone at Freeway Transmissions has been so wonderful to work with!
