It is always hard to determine who to trust and who will provide good service, particularly , when it comes to transmission work. I was scheduled to drive my truck over a thousand miles in the next week. During routine service of my transmission at another shop, a hole was discovered in my transfer case requiring replacement. The shop I had it at could not get to it for a few days. I needed it done the next day thinking I'd have to cancel my trip. I called Keith at the West Jordan Freeway Transmission shop on Thursday afternoon, just before closing time, and told him my situation, asking if there is any way he could get it done the next day. Expecting the usual "I am booked out several weeks" answer, Keith said let me call you back in a few minutes. He did and said to have the truck there first thing in the morning. I was shocked. Not only did he get it done in plenty of time, he was able to save me some money from the original quote. He understood my situation and gave a genuine and sincere effort to help me out. Great service. I highly recommend this shop for your transmission work.
