I live in Idaho and my daughter attends the University in Utah. Her car was acting unusual and so we brought it to the folks at Freeway Transmission per a recommendation from a guy at the PEP Boys. First of all, we could have been taken to the cleaners with only a young girl taking her car in for a broad evaluation, which was not even a charged service for having it diagnosed! They provided free computer scan and noted that there was no issue of major importance. The bottom line is that these folks had us over a barrel and did the right thing, no made up fix or charges, they exemplify integrity!
