The transmission on the Saab 93 I had recently purchased seemed to be shifting a little rough, so I took it to the nearest shop. They told me if was on it's last leg, and needed to be rebuilt immediately. ($2000-$2500) I took it to your Murray shop the next day, and Gordon looked at it and said there was not a thing wrong with it. He said he drove it and inspected it, and that Euorpean cars tend to shift a little harder, but that was normal. He then handed me my keys and told me to have a good day! How often does a company that makes it's living on repairs, send you home without charging you a dime?!

Keith and his team were awesome! Truth is, I hate dealing with car issues and they could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and told me that my entire shifting unit needed replacement - but they didn't. They checked it out and diagnosed that it was just the clips that needed to be replaced. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Keith!
